By using Hooken.app (“Hooken”, “we”, “the platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Not financial advice
Hooken is a software interface for launching and trading tokens on RH Chain. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Risk disclosure
Cryptocurrency and token trading involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all funds you deposit or spend. Prices can be extremely volatile. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Tokens listed on Hooken are created by third parties; we do not audit, endorse, or guarantee any project.
You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your capital and that Hooken is not responsible for any financial loss, missed profit, or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform or any token launched or traded through it.
Fees
Hooken charges fees for platform services, including but not limited to token launches, bundle launches, and trades executed through our contracts or interfaces. Network gas fees on RH Chain are separate and paid to validators, not to Hooken.
Tax tokens may apply additional buy/sell taxes set by creators. Those taxes are defined in each token's configuration and are not controlled by Hooken after deployment.
Fee amounts may change. The fee shown at the time you confirm a transaction applies to that transaction.
No warranties
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of displayed data, or that any feature will remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hooken and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the platform.
Your responsibilities
You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and devices. Do not share private keys with anyone, including through Hooken interfaces.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Hooken after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
