$HOOKEN Token
Not live yet. Here's the intended design once it ships.
$HOOKEN is a planned ecosystem token for Hooken. It doesn't exist yet and no protocol revenue is currently routed anywhere: today's launch factory takes no fee at all, so there's no revenue stream to allocate until that changes.
Intended design
Buyback and burn
Once a protocol revenue stream exists (for example, from future paid features or a native trading layer), a portion is intended to fund a recurring buyback and burn of $HOOKEN. Exact allocation and mechanics will be published once that revenue exists to allocate.
Why tie a token to buyback and burn
- Links platform usage directly to $HOOKEN scarcity instead of arbitrary emissions.
- Creates a transparent, on chain sink tied to real fee flow once one exists.
- Aligns long term holders with Hooken's growth across the launcher and future hook templates.
What has to happen first
$HOOKEN depends on a real protocol revenue stream existing. See the roadmap for what's shipping before that, including the hook template library and expansion to more chains.
